The Creative Community Happy Hour Event, presented by Room 214, provides a fresh and unique opportunity for newcomers to engage in and learn about the important work EFAA does in our community. This unique event fuses art and social justice to raise awareness about what it means to be a family living in poverty in Boulder County. The event features drinks, small bites, music by James Osel Thorpe, and live performance art.
Following the happy hour The Dairy Center for Performing Arts will be showing The Hand That Feeds--a feature length documentary that chronicles the fight for living wages in New York City. Watch the trailer here!

For 97 years, EFAA has served as the community safety-net helping families, seniors, and people with disabilities whose immediate needs for food, housing, and other basic necessities cannot adequately be met by other means, and supports their efforts toward financial stability and self-sufficiency.
